Her death certificate records Martha Jane Lambert, age 57 years 1 month 11 days, born 8 Jan (year blank) in Ky, died 17 Feb 1941 in Melvin, Floyd Co., Ky, widow of Cornelius Lambert, father Joe Conn, mother’s maiden name Mary Stallard, both born in Ky, cause of death carcinoma of uterus, informant Curtis Lambert, Wheelwright, Ky, burial in Garrison, Ky.

1910 census of Lewis Co., Ky, Quincy precinct, enumerated 30 April, lists on pp. 12A-12B as family #129:

The preceding household is headed by Cornelius’ brother Hiram.

I cannot find Martha and the children in the 1920 census.
