The SSDI lists Taylor McKenzie, born 27 Apr 1881, died Feb 1965, last residence Kentucky, SSN issued in Ohio before 1951.

Rowan Co. marriage book 3, p. 486, records the marriage on 31 May 1900 of Z. T. McKinzie, 20, residence Cogswell, born and both parents born in Rowan Co, to Hattie M. Elliott, 17, residence Cogswell, born and mother born in Rowan Co, father born Morgan Co, to be at residence of bride, at Bluford Elliott’s by Roll Alfrey, witnesses Wallas McKinzie and A. J. McKinzie, bond surety Sherman McKenzie.

1910 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Farmers precinct, enumerated 26 April, lists on p. 7B as family #115/123:
McKenzie, Taylor, 29, farmer; Hattie, wife, 25, first marriage for both, married 10 years, mother of 5 children, 5 living; Goldie, dau, 8; Zonie, dau, 7; Ottie, dau, 3; Lilian, dau, 2; Cleff, son, 8/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.

The daughter Ottie should be a son; see his death certificate.

Vivian should be recorded as a Hardin, which is probably what the H stands for. She is the daughter of Lillian Pearl McKenzie and her first husband Edgar Hardin. (I have not found Pearl in the 1930 census. Edgar is with his parents, recorded as married, but with no wife in the household.)
