So far as I know this clan of Halls is no relation to our Halls, who were in Fleming County before 1810. I'm entering Anthony & Ruth only to show the siblingship of David and James, and I’m in turn entering those two sons only to help me record the ancestry of all the Halls found in Rowan Co. records.

There is a web site devoted to the descendants of Anthony Hall compiled by Marvin Hall71, which shows their descendants who stayed in southeast Kentucky (Letcher, Knott and Floyd counties) as well as the branch that settled in Rowan County in the 1870’s.
