She went by both Belinda and Malinda, but more often the latter.

Morgan Co., Ky marriage records list a license inssued on 27 Oct 1836 to Nicholas Brown and Belinda Nickell, by Eli Howard Lance. The minister did not return it until 8 June 1837, but did not record the date the marriage was performed.

1860 census of Morgan Co., Ky, district 1, West Liberty P.O., enumerated 25 June, lists on p. 39 as family #236/233:
Nicholas Brown, 45, farmer, b. Va; Malinda, 40, b. Va; Wiley J., 18; Martha J., 18 (twins); Susan, 16; French, 14; Mastin (or Martin), 13; Nicholas, 11; Malinda, 6; Angeline, 4; Rebecca, 2. All children born in Ky.

Notice that in 1850 the twins were recorded as Martha and Judge (here listed as French), while in this census the twins are recorded as Martha and Wiley J.

1870 census of Elliott Co., Ky, precinct 5, Newfoundland P.O, enumerated 11 Aug, lists on p. 15 as family #104:
Bowen, Belinda, 48; Nicholas, 23; Catherine, 21; Celina, 16. All born in Kentucky.
