The Kentucky birth index lists Ruby M. Quesenberry, born 26 June 1922 in Morgan Co., mother’s maiden name Louisie Barker.
Her death certificate (Vol. 39, #19434) states Rubie Marie Quesenberry, age 1 year 23 days, born 26 June 1922, died 19 July 1923 in Rowan Co., father Lee Quesenberry, mother’s maiden name Louisa Barker, both born in Ky, cause of death “was sickly from birth they had no Dr (old folks called it Bald hing)”, informant Andrew Quesenberry, Wagner, Ky, burial in Quesenberry Cemetery.
The parenthetical notation is very hard to read (the whole certificate has bad handwriting), so I’ve probably got it wrong, but I can’t figure out any term that makes sense and that looks reasonably like it. Maybe “bald lung”? There appears to be a dotted i, but perhaps it is just a glitch of the pen.
