The annual births report to the state auditor for 1893 for Rowan Co., Ky, lists the birth in October, no day, of Mary Leoty, father Milton Ramey born in Morgan Co., Ky, mother’s maiden name Lilly Evans, born in Fleming Co., Ky, residents of Rowan Co., Ky.

Rowan Co. marriage license book 6, p. 537, records the marriage on 25 Feb 1909 of Allie T. Forman, 21, first marriage, farmer, father Charles Forman b. old Virginia, mother Mary J. Forman b. Rowan Co., to Mary E. Ramey, 17, second marriage, father Milton Ramey, mother Lillie Ramey, bride & groom both born Rowan Co. and residing in Paragon. Marriage performed by Rev. J. D. Johnson at his home, witnesses Able Ramey and Mrs. C. J. Johnson.

Note that the age for Mary is inconsistent with the 1910 census, which lists her as age 16.
