Notes for Flora Prather
Her death records give her birthdate Feb 1883, but she was listed in the 1900 census as age 18 born Feb 1882, and that date fits better with the child spacing.
She was listed in her brother James Garfield Prayther’s obituary in 1941 as a surviving sister Mrs. Flora HIcks of Morehead.
The SSDI lists Flora Hicks, born 16 Feb 1883, died Aug 1962, SSN issued in California before 1951.

Since I cannot imagine that a stationer would employ a fireman, the occupation fields apparently mean that he was a fireman working at a fire station.
