His obituary in the Muncie Times reported “Chester Foster, 65, died Tuesday at the Delaware County Nursing Home. He was born in Morehead, Kentucky, the son of Charlie and Mertie Riddle Foster. Services will be conducted in the Chapel of The Delaware County Nursing Home at 2 p.m. Friday. Friends may call one hour before services. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.”
