His WWI draft registration card, filed 12 Sep 1918 in Morehead, records Hamilton Kidd, age 36, residence Wagner, Rowan Co., Ky, born 15 Feb 1882, farmer, self-employed, nearest relative Rosa Kidd.

Hamilton was also sometimes called Milton. I cannot find a record of his death, other than his gravestone, which says only 1881-1965.

Index to Kentucky Death Records lists the death on 2 July 1966 of Rosa M. Kidd, age 79, in Rowan Co., certificate volume 36, #17561.

Rowan Co. marriage book 5, p. 253, records the marriage on 29 July 1905 of Hamilton Kidd, 22, residence Wagoner, both parents born in Letcher Co., to Rosa Martt, residence Wyatt, at the house of Arch White by F. M. Crisp, witnesses Arch White and Ezra Martt.

1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Wagoner precinct, lists on p. 7 as family #51/54:
Kidd, Hamilton, 37, farmer; Rosa, wife, 32; Alvin, son, 12; Stella, dau, 9; Harlan, son, 6. All born Ky/Ky/Ky.

The next family is that of Ed and Susie McBrayer.

1930 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Wagoner precinct, enumerated 13 Apr, lists on p. 2A as family #22:
Kidd, Hamilton, 48, farmer, b. Ky/Ky/Ky, age at first marriage 23; Rosa, wife, 42, b. Ohio/Ohio/Ohio, age at first marriage 17; Alvin, son, 22; Stella, dau, 18; Harlin, son, 16; Dovie Marie, dau, 5. (The “arie” of Marie is crossed out.) All children born Ky/Ky/Ohio.
