Since she can hardly have been resident in Morgan Co. 15 years longer than her entire life, and the length of residence field, if interpreted as her age at death, would yield a birthdate of 2 Sep 1867, which is consistent with the 1900 census where her birthdate was given as Sep 1867, it is most likely that Dennie misinterpreted the age field as requesting the age at death of her late husband, Jesse C. Brown.

If that interpretation is correct, it would mean that Jesse died about 1918. I have not been able to find a death records for him, though.
