The Kentucky birth index lists Beula Arnold, born 17 July 1914 in Breathitt Co., mother’s maiden name Milley Williams. (Almost all Rowan Co. births in the period 1912-1917 are misindexed as Breathitt Co.11 I do not know how McClain got indexed as Williams, but it was most likely very poor handwriting.)
