Her death certificate states Mrs. Lucy Highley, age 33 years 7 mos 10 days, born 4 Sept 1889 in Ky, died 14 Apr 1923 in Wyoming precinct, Bath Co., Ky, married, name of father William Riddle, maiden name of mother Mitchell, cause of death pulmonary tuberculosis, informant Ed Anderson, Owingsville, Ky, burial in Bethel Cemetery.

There is a death certificate for an unnamed stillborn male born 6 Sep 1911, premature birth, to Elmer Lee Hiley and Lucy Clay Riddle. (I am entering this here mainly to document Elmer and Lucy’s middle names, and that they were married by 1911.)

1920 census of Bath Co., Ky, Wyoming precinct, enumerated 10 January, lists on p. 6A as family #123:
Highley, Elmer, 31, farmer; Lucy, wife, 30. Both born Ky/Ky/Ky.
