Her father’s obituary in 1962 reported a surviving daughter Mrs. John Chaplin of Houston, Texas, but unless she married two husbands with very similar names, there was an error in his name.
The SSDI lists Anita E. Chapman, born 29 Nov 1920, died 16 June 1991, SSN issued in Indiana before 1951.
