The Kentucky birth index lists Audra Kegley, born 8 Dec 1916 in Breathitt Co. (a misindexing of Rowan Co.), mother’s maiden name Rosa Gross.
She apparently died before 1920, since she does not appear in that census, but I cannot find a death certificate for her in either Kentucky or Ohio. She is also most likely the child that her father listed as supporting in his WW I draft card.
