The death certificate states Harvy Riddle, age 3 years 4 days, born 1 Jan 1909 in Bath Co., Ky, died 5 Jan 1911 in Forge Hill, Bath Co., Ky, father James M. Goodpaster, maiden name of mother Lizzie Riddle, cause of death “this child dress caught fire and it was burned to death had no doctor died instantly.” The informant was Frances Sexton, Owingsville, with burial in Old Virginia cemetery.
The certificate was in the 1912 book, and the burial date was given as Jan 6, 1912, so considering those factors and the age of 3, the year of death was probably entered incorrectly.
