One of them, filed Nov 15, 1926, states Ina Bell Lambert, age 18 years 4 months 27 days, born 13 June 1908 at mouth of Laurel, died 14 Nov 1926 near Vanceburg, Lewis Co., Ky, single, father H. P. Lambert b. W. Va, mother’s maiden name Lena Cooper b. Ky, cause of death pulmonary tuberculosis, informant H. P. Lambert, Vanceburg, Ky, burial in Garrison Cemetery.
The other one, filed Feb 23, 1927 and stamped Delayed, is very similar except that the date of death is given as 11 Nov 1926 and the age at death as 18 years 5 months 1 day (same birthdate), father Hiram Lambert b. Ky, mother’s maiden name Farlena Cooper b. Ky, and the informant is Mrs. Hiram Lambert. (Farlena died 3 months after she filed this delayed and duplicate report of her daughter’s death.)
