1920 census of Kenton Co., Ky, Davidson precinct, enumerated 31 Jan, lists on p. 11A as family #156/153:
Armstrong, Omar, 46, farmer; Nellie, wife, 32; Joseph, son, 12; Russell, son, 11; Mable, dau, 8; Virginia, dau, 7; Jessie, dau, 4 3/12; Earl, son, 1 11/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.
Since Russell was not listed in the 1910 census, he was probably really born between May and December of 1910, which would make him 9 1/2, not 11.
