Some family trees on Ancestry.com say that he died 2 Oct 1860 in Fayette Co., Kentucky, but since he is very likely to be the Talbot age 15 listed in the 1860 census of Lafayette Co., Missouri with his father and siblings in August 1860, I would want to know the source before I record it that way. If he died in October 1860, it was more likely in Missouri than in Kentucky.
