Mildred is probably the same person as the surviving daughter Virginia Rutherford listed in Vada’s obituary, since the only daughter listed as predeceased was an infant Patricia, and the birth index shows Fern and Margaret as being born in different years. I cannot find either Mildred or Virginia (or any 1927 birth to the family) in the Kentucky birth index.
