Pettet, Charles E., 29, b. Ind Ky Ind, lineman at street car co; Mattie D., wife, 24, first marriage for both, married 11 years, mother of 2 children, 2 living; Earl E., son, 6; James O., son, 4. Mattie and both sons born Ind Ind Ind.
The number of years married does not match their marriage record, and moreover would be unlikely for someone age 24. Perhaps the census taker misheard seven as eleven.
1920 census of Oklahoma Co., Oklahoma, Oklahoma City ward 3, enumerated 3 Jan, lists on p. 2A as family #11/45, at 214 W. Fifth St:
