The Kentucky birth index lists Carmie E. Parker, born 5 Feb 1912 in Breathitt Co., mother’s maiden name Cyntha Stamper. (Most Rowan Co. births in the 1910’s were misindexed as Breathitt Co. due to a confusion of the numerical county codes.11)
Carmie cannot have been born only 4 months after James, so one of them must have the date indexed incorrectly. Since Carma was listed as 6 in the 1920 census, and younger than Clacy, it fits better for her to have been born in 1914.
