1900 census of Saline Co., Missouri, enumerated 19 June, lists on p. 19B as a boarder with the family of Matt and Johanna Baier:

Her death certificate records Lillie M. Myers, age 82 years 8 months 16 days, born 2 March 1868 in Marshall, Mo, died 18 Nov 1850 in Fulton, Calloway Co., Missouri, length of stay 2 months 7 days, usual residence Slater, Saline Co., Missouri, married, wife of Asa W. Myers, father Ebenezer Jenkins, mother’s maiden name Louisa McMahen, cause of death broncho pneumonia, contributory cause fractured right hip, fell at home, burial in Slater City Cemetery, Slater, Saline Co., Missouri.

At the time of her death, she was actually four days widowed, but the hospital records would have contained her marital status on the date she was admitted.

Saline Co., Missouri marriage records list the marriage of A. W. Myers and Lillie M. Jenkins, both residents of Saline Co., Missouri, at Slater on 22 July 1891, by Robert L. Wilson, Minister of the Gospel.

1910 census of Saline Co., Missouri, Cambridge township, Slater ward 2, enumerated 27 April, lists on p. 17B as family #371/381:
Myers, A. W., 51, b. Ky Ky Ky, farmer; Lillie, wife, 43, b. Mo Mo Mo, first marriage for both, married 9 years, motherhood columns blank.

I cannot find this family in the 1920 census.
