He died June 26, 2006, at his residence.
Hill was born July 25, 1922, in Cynthiana, KY, to Forrest Veach and Anna Burns Carroll Hill. On July 14, 1950, he married Mirella Carranza in Las Cruces, NM.
He graduated from Cynthiana High School and began his career in the U.S. military. After retiring in 1967, he began working for the civil service.
Survivors include his wife, Mirella Hill, of Copperas Cove; son, Phillip Hill and his wife, Kim; daughters, Cynthia Edwards and her husband, Dennis, Deborah Nelson and her husband, Steve; 11 grandchildren, Natalie, Callie, Leslie, Adam, Trent, Andrew, Ross, Hayley, Scott, Lauren, Sheala; great-grandchildren, Riley and Cara; brother, Myron Hill and his wife, Grace.”
