1910 census of Montgomery Co., Ky, Harts precinct, enumerated 27 April, lists on p. 6A as family #106/107:
Piersall, Samuel, 45, b. Ky Ky Ohio, 2nd marriage; Annie, wife, 27, b. Ky Ky Ky, first marriage, married 9 years, mother of 4 children, 4 living; Dexter, dau, 8; Malcome, son, 5; Eula B., 3, dau; <unnamed>, 0/12, son. All children born Ky Ky Ky. (The daughter Dexter may really be a son.)

I cannot find this family in the 1920 census. Nor can I find any relevant death records between 1911 and 1930. But since my only connection is that Samuel’s first wife Lucy Jane Hall was my second cousin three times removed, I am not going to look very hard. :)
