The Kentucky birth index lists Paul Armstrong, born 13 Nov 1917 in Breathitt Co. (a misindexing of Rowan Co.11), mother’s maiden name Alice Wyatt.

I cannot find him in the Kentucky death records, but he does not appear with the family in the 1920 census.
