The SSDI records Claude Clark, born 7 July 1892, died Sep 1982, last residence Mazie, Lawrence Co., Kentucky.

The Kentucky death index lists Claude Clark, age 90, died 12 Sep 1982 in Rowan Co., residence Carter Co.

Her death certificate records Luada Clark, age 51, birthdate blank, born in Carter, died 19 Jan 1949 in Haywood, Carter Co., Ky, married, father Jessie Conley, mother’s maiden name Dell Henderson, cause of death generalized carcinomatosis of abdomen primary in ovary, informant Claude Clark, burial in Clark Cemetery, Haywood, Ky.

So far as I can tell, this Clark family is no relationship to my own Clark line, nor is Ada one of the Conns I am related to collaterally. I am entering them into my database mainly in order to help keep track of which Clarks in the area are my relatives and which are not, and secondarily in order to help distinguish the Jesse Conn who is Ada’s father from the one who is the son of Josiah Conn.
