Sexton born 7 June 1892 in Lewis Co., Ky, son of Calvin Sexton and wife Nora, or the John Milton Sexton born 18 Oct 1891 in Boyd Co., Ky, who was listed in the 1900 and 1910 censuses of Boyd Co. as a grandson of Powell Sexton Sr. and Julina, or the John Sexton born Oct 1888 listed in the 1900 census of Boyd Co. as a nephew of William and Susie Stewart, or the John W. Sexton born 19 July 1886 in Menifee Co., Ky, son of John Wesley Sexton and Sarah J. Staton.

(It is possible that the middle initial in Ollie’s death certificate is M or N, although it looks more like W.)

Since he and Lizzie were apparently only married about one year, an examination of the marriage records in Boyd Co. is probably the best way to resolve the question.

Her death certificate records Lizzie Sexton, age about 23, birthdate not known, born in Ky, married, father Wilford Weaver, mother’s maiden name Hulda Click, both born in Ky, cause of death acute nephritis following childbirth, duration 16 days, informant John (? looks more like Johel) Sexton, Ashland, Ky, burial in Dixon Cemetery, Boyd Co.

The Kentucky birth index records Ollie Sexton, born 30 Mar 1914 in Boyd Co., mother’s maiden name Lizzie Weaver. So apparently she adopted the surname of her father sometime after 1900. Ollie died 29 Jun 1914, with his parents recorded as J. W. Sexton and Lizzie Weaver.

I can find no match for Wilford Weaver or any similar name in the censuses.
