Conn, age 15, residence Vale, born in Elliott Co., daughter of W. H. & Sarah Conn, at W. T. Conn’s by T. W. Rose, witnesses Harvey Fults and Elias Tussey.

This family’s surname was spelled Fults in most early records, but by 1930 the Fultz spelling predominated.

From the birth index, Kennis was really only 1 year and 4 months, and William was only 5 years and 9 months. I cannot find a matching birth record for Sam, and considering the other age discrepancies, it is unclear what birthdate to assign to him.
