This is the only record I know of that refers to Harvey Howard’s wife as Mary rather than Elizabeth or Lizzie. It doesn’t sound likely that Mary would be one of her given names when she had an older sister named Mary Evaline, so most likely this is just a mistake in the birth index. (There are many of them.)
