The census taker in 1930 seems to have accidentally entered “Lottie” for the name of both John’s wife and his oldest daughter:

Jones, John, 39, age at first marriage 34, b. Ky Ky Ky; Lottie, wife, 25, age at first marriage 20, b. WV WV WV; Lottie M., dau, 5; James J., son, 4; Charles, son, 3. All children born WV Ky WV.
The implied marriage date of about 1924 is not consistent with the marriage record, but it is unlikely there were two families so similar in ages and birthplaces.
