Possibly the same person as David Lands who married Anna Belle Hyatt and moved to Rowan Co., Ky, but if so, that marriage was incorrectly listed as his first in the 1910 census.

Lands, David, 38, b. June 1861, teamster; Anna, 28, b. June 1872, married 14 years, mother of 6 children, 4 living; Leena L., dau, 12, b. Jan 1888; Arzona M., dau, 10, b. Nov 1889; Rebecca, dau, 8, b. Nov 1891; Hester J., dau, 5, b. Aug 1894. Leena born West Va Ky Ky, all others Ky Ky Ky.
