She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arvie O. Maberry and Maxwell A. Howery, her father, Hillsman
Moses Slusher, her mother, Judy Rosa Jones M. Slusher, half-sister, Corrine M. Chapman, half-brothers, Hugh
Slusher and Silas P. Martin.
Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Vicki and Layne Howery, Floyd, Sheree and William Harris III, San

Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2004 at Floyd United Methodist Church with Reverend
Richard Gregory officiating. Interment was in Jacksonville Cemetery.”
