Her gravestone inscription says Amanda Gee 1838 - 1929.

Since Sarah’s gravestone is inscribed Sarah T., probably the enumerator just misheard it.

Note that Joseph and Brintha, who were both listed as age 4 in 1870, are now 3 years apart in age.
