Jent, born 17 Feb 1922 in Rowan Co., mother’s maiden name Myrtle Lewis. (The second is a delayed certificate, filed in 1941, presumably to correct the name spelling.)
The SSDI lists Charles Jent, born 17 Feb 1922, died April 1987, last residence Frankfort, Franklin Co., Ky.
The Kentucky death index lists Charlie E. Jent, age 65, died 13 April 1987 in Grant Co., usual residence Rowan Co.
His gravestone says Charlie Jent, 1922 - 1987.
His death announcement in the Lexington Herald-Leader reported “MOREHEAD -- Charlie Edward Jent, 65, of Christy Creek, a retired farmer, widower of Nina Riddle Jent, died Monday at Personal Care Home, Dry Ridge. Services 1 p.m. Thursday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.”
I do not know how to reconcile the death announcement with the place reported in the death index.

Her gravestone is inscribed Nina Pearl Jent, May 4, 1924 - Aug 29, 1979, “Mother”.
The Morehead News reported “Nina Pearl Riddle Jent, 55, of Rt. 6, Dry Creek, was found dead at her home Wednesday apparently having been beaten to death according to Kentucky State Police. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Chapel with the Rev. Bert McBrayer officiating. Burial will be in the Jent Cemetery on Christy Creek.”
