Matthew Pervis, 40, b. Ky; Rebecca, 40, b. Va; Mary A., 18; Susan, 15; Jonathan, 13; Mary J., 11; Louisa, 8; James, 6; Milly, 4; Amanda M., 6/12. Joseph Cook, 20. All born in Kentucky.
The next household is Ellen Cook, age 20, living alone. She is presumably Joseph’s wife, nee Purvis, so probably the #866 was placed on the wrong line and should have been attached to Joseph.

Aaron is a grandson, but I do not know who his parents were. (Possibly born out of wedlock to one of the daughters.)
