The second, #13188, stamped Delay, records (Mrs. S. M. Lewis) Kate Lewis, age 67 years 8 months 1 day, residence Pomp, Ky, born 11 Feb 1867 in Kentucky, died 12 Oct 1934 in Pomp, West Liberty precinct, Morgan Co., Ky, married, wife of Sam K. Lewis, father’s name don’t know, mother’s maiden name Kate Wheeler, cause of death internal growth and stomach trouble, informant Sam K. Lewis, Pomp, Ky, burial in home graveyard. There is no filing date.

Morgan Co., Ky marriage records list the marriage on 10 Jan 1889 of Samuel S. Lewis and Catherine A. Wheeler.

I cannot find this family in the 1900 census.

The next household is headed by their son James H. Lewis, and the one after that by their son John W. Lewis.
