1930 census of Los Angeles Co., California, Long Beach ward 8, enumerated 17 April, lists on p. 27A as family #667, at 1016 Obispo St:
Jones, Norman E., 49, age at first marriage 37, b. Colo N.Y. Illinois; Hattie M., wife, 48, age at first marriage 36, b. Ind Ind Ind; Norman, son, 16, b. Calif Colorado Indiana. West, Eula J., servant, 43, widowed, age at first marriage 17, b. Colorado Kentucky Missouri, nurse.

(Eula was probably really divorced rather than widowed, since in 1920 she was listed as married but Thomas was not in the household, and in 1930 Thomas C. West was living in Soledad listed as single.)

I have not found Thomas in the 1920 census. Nor can I find Dorothy in the 1910 census.
