Be careful not to confuse him with his first cousin Eugene R. Lewright, born 4 Oct 1892, son of James Thomas Lewright, who moved to Detroit, Michigan.

Clay Co., Missouri marriage reconds contain a license application, sworn on 21 Dec 1912, for Eugene Burton Lewright, and Garnett Lyndall Schott, both residents of Independence, Jackson Co., Missouri, both 23 years of age. There is no return, so it is unclear exactly when the marriage took place or in which county.
