It may be that the year should be 1891. There is a gravestone in Hogtown Cemetery, for a James W. Boorman, born 28 Feb 1891, died 1 Aug 1891, a probable brother. (There are four Click burials in the same cemetery, including Amanda’s brother John and stepmother Sarah.) Two children born exactly one year apart seems less likely than twins, with the birth year of one being misreported at death.

1920 census of Ross Co., Ohio, Scioto township, town of Chillicothe, enumerated 9 Jan, lists on p. 10B as family #239/255 at 351 Second St:
Blevings, Elmer D., 24, b. Ohio Ky Ky, yard; Lena, wife, 28, b. Ky Ky Ky (although it should be Ky England Ky); Helen, dau, 6; Walter, son, 4 5/12; Virginia, dau, 2 6/12; Lillin, dau, 11/12. All children born Ohio Ohio Ky.

They are sharing a household with Lena’s sister Alice (divorced) and her children.
