Bath Co., Ky birth report for 1853 lists Angeline Williams, born April 1853, father Aran Williams, mother’s maiden name Ann Spencer.
The birth report for 1852 also lists a daughter Angeline born (living) to Aron Williams and Ann Spencer, with no date given. While it is possible that the first Angeline died very early and the same name was given to another daughter born in April 1853, I think it is more likely that this is the same birth, entered mistakenly in the 1852 report. These reports were compiled during the spring, and were supposed to contain all births for the previous calendar year, but they were compiled by combining reports submitted by midwives and doctors, not by registrations that took place at the time of birth, and very often they included births in the early months of the year the report was submitted.
Bath Co., Ky death records list Anjaline Williams, age 5 months, daughter of Aran Williams & Ann Spencer, died 6 Aug 1853, killed by a cart upsetting with a load of rails.
On the line above with the same date is recorded the death of her half-brother John Williams, age 22, apparently in the same accident. (The cause of death starts on John’s line, and continues on to hers.)
