1870 census of Grayson Co., Virginia, Wilson Creek township, enumerated 28 July, lists on p. 8 as family #49:
Plummer, James, 70 (or 76), farm laborer; Katherine, 66; James, 22; Katharine, 20; Kirk, Mary, 39; Sarah K., 6. All born in Virginia.

Morgan Co., Ky marriage records list the marriage on 20 Nov 1885 of J. H. Barker and Sarah C. Plummer.

The 1910 census listed Sarah’s marriage to Daniel Peyton as her third, so she apparently married a Plummer cousin before 1885, possibly in Virginia.
