Her death certificate records Nancy Robinson, age 78 years 1 month 9 days, born 10 Nov 1861 in Bath Co., died 19 Dec 1939 in Owingsville, Bath Co., Ky, widow of Austin Robinson, father Samuel Purvis, mother’s maiden name Cynthia Purvis, both born in Kentucky, informant Ezra Kincaid, Owingsville, Ky, burial in Collins graveyard.

The cause of death is hard to read. It looks like cangerisal of arm & leg.
