In the 1853 report, it is the 8th page. In the 1854 report, it appears as the second page. That page contains an entry for Charles W. Baley, born Feb 15 in Bath Co., father Warren B. Baley, mother’s maiden name Amelia J. Willson.

Date of death is from his gravestone, which has the 1853 birthdate. I cannot find him in the Kentucky death records.

Her death certificate records Martha Bailey, age 75 years 2 months 29 days, born 29 March 1865 in Bath Co., Ky, died 28 June 1940 in Morehead, Rowan Co., Ky, widow of Chas. Bailey, father Alvin Cassity, mother’s maiden name Mary Cassity, both born in Bath Co., Ky, cause of death cerebral hemorrhage due to hypertension, informant Mrs. Bert McKinney, Morehead, Ky, burial in Bath Co., Ky.
