Since Harvey and Virgie are children of Ben’s first wife Lucinda, the child count for Eliza is probably an assumption on the part of the census taker.
The next household is that of John H. and Emaline Caudill (Lucinda’s brother and Ben’s sister). The household after that is Ben’s parents Elijah and Nancy.
