They were apparently divorced, remarried, and then divorced again, because Rowan Co., Ky marriage book 4, p. 439, records the marriage on 21 Mar 1903 of Clarence Myers, age 20, sawmill worker, residence Farmers, born in and father born in Bath Co., mother born in Rowan Co., to Martha McCarty, age 17, residence Farmers, born in Rowan Co., both parents born in Bath Co., second marriage for both spouses, at Morehead by Luk P.
