The 1900 census, with ages supposed to be reported relative to June 1, listed her as age 1, born (Jan or Jun) 1898. It is impossible to tell whether the month is Jan or Jun, but if it were Jan she would be 2 on June 1, 1900. It is unlikely that she was born in March 1900, because she would have then been reported as age 2 months.
