Rowan Co., Ky, marriage book 1, p. 154, contains a license issued 19 Dec 1887 for the marriage of Franklin Ramey and Eliza A. Armstrong, bond surety by Philip D. Ham. A note by W. W. Cochran and Harson Ramey attests that Lizie An Armstrong is 21 years old. Marriage register A., p. 13, records that the marriage took place on 21 Dec 1887.
