(There is no matching record in the numbered bond/license books for Rowan Co, which are complete for 1911, so the license may have been issued in a different county, most likely Bath.

1920 census of Rowan Co., precinct 7 (West Morehead), enumerated 24 Jan, lists on p. 10B as family #69/72:

Although it states that Clarence was widowed, he was actually divorced. Ida was remarried, and listed in the 1930 census in Ohio with their older daughter Juanita Jones listed as a stepdaughter of Ida’s third husband Oliver O’Neil.
