Vina Dickison is not widowed - Lucy’s father Griff Dickison, age 62, and three of her other brothers are listed four households above at #187, as father-in-law and brothers in law, with Arthur Thompson age 26 and wife Martha age 24.

Although this states that Moses and Lucy had been married 10 years, in the 1900 census they are both still listed as single with their parents.

The following household is headed by Willie Douglas, age 30, with wife Ralph age 29, the daughter of Mose and Lucy.
