Her gravestone in New Alfrey Cemetery says “Delila A. Davis, Apr 13, 1869 - Oct 13, 1920, Wife of Z Davis”, and she was enumerated in the 1920 census in Rowan Co., but I cannot find her in the Kentucky death records.
Her maiden name is from the death certificate for Felix Davis (15 June 1889 - 3 Apr 1952), which lists his parents as Zephinor Davis and Delilah Adkins.
